Having targeted foreign clients that have business automotive interest with Fiat and Chrysler Group, the IACS focus is on potential foreign Companies that are starting to make business with Fiat globally and they need HQ interface or have won some business in Italy and need local support.That may be the case for same LCC companies that are working in certain areas like:

  • Turkey
  • India
  • China
  • Brazil
  • Argentina
  • Mexico
  • Russia
  • East Russia regions (Kazakhstan; Uzbekistan, etc)
  • Vietnam
  • Indonesia
  • Philippines

Or with some international Corporate that are entering or are returning in business with Fiat in other areas of the world and are looking for some support with the HQ in Italy, operating in business as indicated at the point 1. In this case they may be companies already organized and active in:

  • EU
  • North America
  • South America
  • Asia< Pacific

Or with some Chrysler suppliers that are gaining business activities with Fiat thanks to their link to the American OEM. This may be the case for some companies in:

  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • USA
  • China

In all cases the company targeted shouldn’t be too much big, but should’ have a size in the range of Euro 5 to 500 millions in turnover, otherwise they will directly establish their own Legal Entity in Italy and they will never likely leave a local support not directly reporting to them.
