We interact with your Customer starting from the initial exploring business relationship, working with you and with your Customer to understand the best way to achieve your business results and get orders from your Client. During this phase, tipycally there is also a close relationship with the Engineering community. IACS gives you also here an important support to help you in getting the business, obtain the major advantages for your future production and help you to make your Client happy of your actions.

In a second phase, after having obtained the Orders, we help you managing the development phase, including with Project Managment support, interfacing with the Engineering Client community and understanding Customer Specification and culture.

So with IACS you may have Enginering, Project Management, Logistic, Business and Sales support as well as Quality relationship with the OEM.

And finally, when the Tier 1 or the Tier2 will enter in production, then the support required is generally on the day by day activities , with the direct communication with the OEM plants, the engineerign, the Quality team and on top of all the soctant support for the Business with Purchasing
